Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lihovarnických výpalků, jakožto vedlejšího produktu při výrobě etanolu. V první části se práce zaměřuje na situaci lihovarského průmyslu v České republice a ve světě. Dále na výchozí suroviny pro výrobu etanolu a technologií výroby etanolu. The bachelor thesis deals with problems of distillery stillage as a by-product from ethanol industry. In the first part the thesis focuses on the situation of the distillery industry in the Czech Republic and in the world.
