Ve své práci popisuji stav managementu kvality krátkou dobu před recertifikační auditem. Začala jsem vstupní analýzou která odhalila velké nedostatky a veškerá má další činnost byla soustředěna na nápravu odchylek od systému řízení kvality. This thesis focuses on the description of the state of quality management short time before the recertification audit. At the beginning I concentrated on entry analysis which revealed essential faults and all my further activities were based on the correction of the deviations from the system of quality control.
