Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována problematice propojení globálních rizik a strategií vstupu společností na mezinárodní trh. Cílem je ukázat význam rizik a nebezpečí pasivního postaveni vůči riziku, což může mít katastrofální výsledky pro nadnárodní společnost. Oblast implementace je východní Asie. Sledované případy se týkají nadnárodních korporací a jejich aktivit v celosvětovém měřítku.
Abstract:
This work is dedicated to the problematic of interconnectivity of global risks landscape to the market entry strategies of a company, market entry strategy in particular. The aim is to show the significance of risks and how neglecting the risk and being passive about receiving a deeper insight into the nature of risk can be disastrous for the company's goals and wellbeing.
