Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pitného režimu pedagogů. Teoretická část práce pojednává o pitném režimu, o významu vody v organismu, zmiňuje poruchy objemu a složení tělesných tekutin, popisuje vhodné a nevhodné nápoje, zabývá se problematikou pitného režimu v zaměstnání a nakonec uvádí i doporučení kvalitního pitného režimu. This bachelor's thesis is concerned with the current view of pedagog of basic and grammar schools of the drinking régime.
