Production Employee Adaptation Process Optimalization Proposal in a selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesu adaptace nového zaměstnance ve výrobě a návrhem optimalizace tohoto procesu. Smyslem teoretické části je zpracovat poznatky vztahující se k problematice nastavení a průběhu adaptace a provést literární rešerši v oblasti řízení a optimalizace procesů a poté stanovit teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části. Záměrem praktické části je popsat a analyzovat současný adaptační proces, na základě výsledků identifikovat úzká místa, chybějící či slabé prvky procesu, popsat metodiku současného procesu a následně zpracovat projekt na optimalizaci procesu, navrhnout novou strukturu procesu, metodiku, interakce pracovníků, vypočítat procesní a časovou úsporu a zhodnotit efektivitu nápravných opatření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the new production employee adaptation process and following optimization suggestions of analyzed process. The purpose of theo-retical part is to process findings related to the adaptation process course and setting-up and to realize literary research in the field of process management and optimization. From findings researched then determine the theoretical basis for processing the practical part. The aim of practical part is to describe and analyze the current state of adaptation process, identify bottlenecks, weak elements and methodology of the process and then, based on the results, to create a project to optimize the process, suggest a new process structure and to calculate costs and time saving. Then, according to collected data, asses the effective-ness of corrective actions and state key recommendations for implementation and continu-ous improvement of the process.
