Economic interventions of state during the pandemic and its acceptance by the general public

Abstract:

Dne 1. března. 2020 byly v České republice potvrzeny první případy nákazy v souvislosti s celosvětovou pandemií Covid-19. V této návaznosti byla zavedena vládní opatření, která omezila transakce mezi lidmi a vyžadovala, aby všichni občané setrvávali ve svých domovech kromě zajištění nezbytných potřeb. Zavedení těchto vládních opatření s sebou neslo dopady na celé národní hospodářství. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje postoje veřejnosti na vydaná opatření a současně sleduje vývoj hospodářské politiky státu v době koronakrize.

Abstract:

On March 1st, 2020, the first positive cases connected with the global Covid-19 pandemic were confirmed in the Czech Republic. As a result, government measures have been put in place to restrict human-to-human transactions and require all citizens to remain in their homes in addition to providing for essential needs. The introduction of these government measures has had implications for the entire national economy. This bachelor thesis analyzes the public's attitudes to the government measures issued and, at the same time, monitors the development of the state's economic policy during the corona crisis.
