Fingerprint Identification in Criminalistic Praktice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednu z nejvýznamnějších kriminalistických technik zvanou daktyloskopie. Nejprve se věnuje jejím prvopočátkům a historickému vývoji. Hlavní a stěžejní část práce se zabývá daktyloskopickými stopami, především jejich vznikem, výskytem, ale také vyhledáváním, zviditelňováním a následným zajišťováním pro kriminalistické účely. Dále je práce zaměřena na daktyloskopickou identifikaci, daktyloskopování osob, ale také na daktyloskopické evidence, jež jsou pro praxi velice důležité. V neposlední řadě nechybí zmínka o analýze DNA a její srovnání s daktyloskopií, stejně jako zakotvení daktyloskopie v současné české právní úpravě. Závěrečná část pojednává o konkrétním využití a významu pro kriminalistickou praxi včetně příkladů, kde daktyloskopie sehrála hlavní roli.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the one of the most important criminalistic technique called the fingerprint identification. The first part is dedicated to the origins and historical developement of the fingerprinting. The main and the principal part of the thesis is concerned with the fingerprint traces, especially their origin and occurrence, but also their searching, making visible and subsequent provision for the criminalistic purposes. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the fingerprint identification, the personal identification, but also on the fingerprint evidences, which are highly important for the practise. Essential, but not the last part is about DNA analysis and its comparison with the fingerprint identification as well as fingerprinting enshrined in the current czech legislation. The final part discusses the specific use and the relevance for the criminalistic practise including examples where the fingerprint identification enacted the main role.
