Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popsat význam metody time-lapse, která podporuje metody preimplantačního genetického testování. Používá se k výběru perspektivních embryí, má potenciál vyřadit část embryí aneuploidních. V první části práce je popsán vývoj lidských pohlavních buněk a možné příčiny vzniku aneuploidií. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the significance of the time-lapse method, which is supporting preimplantation genetic testing methods. It is applied for the selection of promising embryos, it has the potential to eliminate a part of aneuploid embryos.
