Peter I. (9.6.1672 - 8.2.1725) - was the first Tsar-Emperor, who conributed to the development of Russia. He created the army, the marine fleet, built new towns, gained access to the Baltic Sea, carried out many different reforms, which brought the State out of laggard state. Petr I. (09.06.1672 - 08.02.1725) - byl prvním carem-imperátorem, který přispěl k rozvoji Ruska. Vytvořil armádu, mořské loďstvo, nechal postavit nová města, získal přístup k Baltskému moři, provedl mnoho různých reforem, které vyvedly stát ze zaostávajícího stavu. Byl prvním reformátorem Ruska.
