Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Využití manažerského účetnictví v podniku“ je analýza rozpočetnictví v podniku Level Pro, a.s. V teoretické části práce jsou shromážděny současné poznatky z problematiky rozpočetnictví v podnicích, stanovování odchylek a jejich kontrola. Poslední část diplomové práce se zabývá hodnocením rozpočetnictví ve společnosti Level Pro, a.s. a návrhy možného zlepšení.
Abstract:
The objective of the thesis: “Management accounting tools in the company” is an analysis of budgeting in the enterprise Level Pro, Plc. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is collected present knowledge of budgeting in enterprises, determining variations and their control.
