Táto práca sa zameriava na vzťahy medzi osobnostnými rysmi, výkonovou motiváciou a akademickým prospechom u vysokoškolských študentov. Jej cieľom bolo porozumieť tejto problematike z komplexnejšieho hľadiska a doterajšie poznatky rozšíriť. This work focuses on the relationships between personality traits, achievement motivation and academic performance of university students. The aim of the work was to understand this issue from a more comprehensive point of view and to expand the preceding findings. 405 respondents of universities from Slovakia and Czech Republic took part in the research.
