Spillover effects of Knowledge Intensive Services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku znalostně intenzivních služeb (intelektuálních služeb) a tvorbu spillover efektů spojených s těmito službami. Východiskem práce je vysvětlení pojmů znalostní ekonomika, znalostní náročnost a konkretizace ostatních znalostně intenzivních služeb, při jejichž realizaci hraje významnou roli veřejný sektor, tj. vzdělávání, zdravotnictví a sociální služby. Hlavní pozornost je věnována měření znalostní náročnosti těchto služeb pomocí vlastního klasifikačního modelu a zkoumání spillover efektů, které tyto služby produkují, s cílem změřit míru znalostní intenzity těchto služeb, vymezit spillover efekty, které tyto služby generují, a ověřit platnost dvou hypotéz týkajících se míry znalostní intenzity těchto služeb a spillover efektů s nimi spojenými.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on knowledge-intensive services (intellectual services) and creating spillover effects associated with these services. The starting point is to explain the concepts of knowledge economy, knowledge intensity and specification of the other knowledge-intensive services, in their implementation public sector plays an important role, especially education, health and social services. The main attention is paid to the measurement of knowledge intensity of these services using the own classification model and examination spillover effects that produce these services, in order to measure the degree of knowledge-intensity of these services, to define the spillover effects associated with these knowledge-intensive services and to verify the validity of two hypotheses concerning the extent of knowledge-intensity services and spillover effects associated with them.
