Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecně cestovním ruchem a generací Z v cestovním ruchu. Práce se zabývá zejména typickým chováním generace Z při cestování, jejich preferencí a zájmy. Dále se práce soustředí na odlišností právě této generace od jiných generací, a to zejména od generace Y a X. Práce také pojednává o současných trendech v cestovním ruchu a jejich vývojem. This bachelor's thesis deals with tourism in general and generation Z in tourism. The work mainly deals with the typical behaviour of Generation Z when traveling, its preferences and interests. Furthermore, the work focuses on the differences of this generation from other generations, especially from generation Y and X.
