Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce má za cíl navrhnout a v praktické části implementovat vhodnou metodu migrace při paralelním běhu genetických algoritmů v systému Yucca. Dálším cílem bylo provést měření výkonu těchto paralelních GA a na základě jejich výsledků měření optimalizovat parametry výpočtu.
Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis is to design and implement appropriate method of migration during parallel computation of genetic algorithms in the system Yucca. The other goal was to measure the performance of the parallel GA and to optimize parameters of the computation according to the results.
