Implementation of concept SCM in firm management to increase the efficiency of firm XY

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zavedení koncepce Supply Chain Management do řízení firmy a vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti podniku. Práce nejprve prozkoumává teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury včetně několika odborných článků na toto téma, aby následně v další části mohla být navrhnuta a provedena opatření, které pomohou zlepšit stávající situaci. V poslední části diplomové práce je navrhnuta koncepce Supply Chain Management, která je poté implementována do řízení firmy pomocí určitých kroků.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on implementation of the Supply Chain Management conception used specificaly to increase efficiency of the firm. At the beginning, the thesis investigates teoretic solutions described in particular literature including a few articles and go on with an introduction of the steps necessary for further improvement. In the end of this thesis you will find suggestion of the Supply Chain Management conception, which is implemented in firm management with the aid of specific steps.
