The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of marginality in the novels La corde au cou (Rope Around the Neck), Éthel et le terroriste (Ethel and the Terrorist) and Pleure pas, Germaine (Don’t Cry, Germaine) by the Quebecois writer Claude Jasmin published in the first half of the 1960s.
