Oddlužení jako způsob řešení úpadku

Debt relief as a way to solve bankruptcy
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis concentrates to description insolvency proceeding on a debt relief of physical and legal entities as non-business subject. Theoretical part aims to explain elementary terms according to Insolvency Act and brings phases in chronological order. Whole proceeding is illustrated in the next part by the real cases of physical entities in the practical part.
Abstract:
Práca sa koncentruje na popis insolvenčného konania v prípade oddlženia fyzických a právnických osôb ako nepodnikateľských subjektov. Teoretická časť je zameraná na vysvetlenie základných pojmov podľa insolvenčného zákona a približuje jeho jednotlivé chronologicky usporiadané kroky. Celý proces je následne ilustrovaný na konkrétnych prípadoch fyzických osôb v analyticko – praktickej časti práce.
