Diplomová práce popisuje elektrochemické studium xanthinových derivátů na pencil grafitové elektrodě (PeGE) bez a v přítomnosti mědi. Bylo zjištěno, že puriny tvoří s mědí komplexy, které umožňují vyšší citlivost jejich elektroanalytické detekce. Abstract:
The electrochemical study of xanthine derivatives on pencil graphite electrodes (PeGE) without and in the presence of copper is described. With copper ions purines create complexes which allow to increase the sensitivity of their electroanalytical detections.
