Influence the educational institution and its possibilities of re-education of boys with ordered institutional and protective education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem a možnostmi Výchovného ústavu Ostrava-Hrabůvka, oddělení Janová na reedukaci chlapců s nařízenou ústavní a ochrannou výchovou. Práce je zaměřena na pět chlapců, kteří byli v minulosti umístěni v tomto zařízení. Teoretická část objasňuje pohled do dané problematiky, jak funguje v ČR institucionální péče, co je to předběžné opatření, ústavní výchova, ochranná výchova, kdy a za jakých okolností se vydává soudní nařízení. Je zde vysvětlen pojem poruchy chování a jejich klasifikace, dále jaká je prevence poruch chování a reedukace dětí s poruchami chování. V praktické části je analyzován vliv Výchovného ústavu Ostrava-Hrabůvka, oddělení Janová na děti, které přišly do tohoto zařízení na reedukaci svého patologického chování. Systém sběru a zpracování dat bude pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak velký je vliv Výchovného ústavu Ostrava ? Hrabůvka, oddělení Janová na následnou reedukaci dětí s nařízenou ústavní či ochrannou výchovou pro jejich další působení jak v jejich domovských ústavech, tak i dále ve společnosti po dovršení zletilosti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the influence and Educational Institute, Ostrava-Hrabůvka Department Janová on re-education of boys with ordered institutional and protective care. The work is focused on five boys, who were placed in the past on this device. The theoretical section explains the look into the issue, how it works in the Czech Republic the institutional care, what is the preliminary measures, constitutional education, safety education, and when and under what circumstances to be issued to the judicial regulation. Here is explained the concept of behavioral disorders and their classification, what is the prevention of disorders of behavior and the reeducation of children with behavioural disorders. In the practical part is analyzed the influence of the Educational Institute of Exmouth, the separation of children Janová came to this device on the re-education of their compulsive behavior. System of collection and processing of data by using qualitative research. The aim of the thesis is to determine how big is the influence of the Educational Institute in Ostrava ? Moscow, of the Department of re-education Janová children with ordered institutional and protective upbringing for their next action as in their home institutions, and also in the company attained.
