Communication and cooperation of Valtice with the public

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tematikou komunikace a spolupráce města Valtice s veřejností. V rámci teoretické části jsou vymezeny významné pojmy, metody a přístupy ke vzájemné komunikaci a spo-lupráci veřejného sektoru a veřejnosti. V praktické části jsou analyzovány komunikační a participační nástroje města a celkový stav komunikace a participace města s veřejností. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů se zástupci města Valtice byly získány podrobnější informace a hodnocení stávající komunikace a spolupráce města s veřejností. V závěru jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of communication and cooperation of the town of Valtice with the public. The theoretical part defines important concepts, methods and approaches to mutual com-munication and co-operation between the public sector and the public. The practical part analyses the communication and participation tools of the city and the general state of communication and partici-pation of the city with the public. Through a questionnaire survey and interviews with representatives of the City of Valtice, more detailed information and evaluation of the current communication and cooperation of the city with the public was obtained. In conclusion, measures for improving the current situation are proposed.
