The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current situation of lease financing and to design the most suitable method of financing long term assets in the selected company. The theoretical part defines a lease and selected indicators of financial analysis and deals with legal, tax and accounting regulation of lease in the Czech Republic.
