Teoretická část této diplomové práce obsahuje literární přehled zahrnující klíčové informace, které se týkají ječmene a epigenetiky, zejména informace o enhancerech a histonových modifikacích. Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis contains a comprehensive literature review incorporating key information on barley plants and epigenetics, with emphasis on enhancers and histone modifications. It also describes how to study epigenetic landscapes, primarily the ATAC-seq and the histone marker ChIP-seq methods.
