Mycological inventory research of Kladské rašeliny National nature reserve (Tajga part)

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá mykologickým průzkumem národní přírodní rezervace Kladské rašeliny. Průzkum, zaměřený na makromycety, probíhal od dubna 2023 do února 2024. Během něj bylo nalezeno 228 druhů hub, z nichž 19 je zařazeno v Červeném seznamu hub (makromycetů) České republiky a další 4 se dají považovat za vzácné. Mezi nejvýznamnější nálezy lze zařadit dřevomorku Pseudomerulius montanus a vatičkovitou houbu Polyozellus vepallidosporus. Oba druhy patří k boreálním prvkům a na našem území jde o velice vzácné houby. Ze skupiny vřeckovýtrusných hub lze za nejvýznamnější považovat tři bryofilní druhy. Čihovitka blatní (Ascocoryne turficola) patří mezi kriticky ohrožené druhy v České republice a dvě další houby, Pezoloma marchantiae a Bryoscyphus atromarginatus, nebyly zřejmě z území České republiky nikdy souhrnně zmíněny. Největší zastoupení z pohledu trofismu mají houby saprotrofní, z pohledu taxonomie převažují zástupci řádu Agaricales.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the mycological survey of the national nature reserve Kladské peat bogs. The survey, focused on macromycetes, was carried out from April 2023 to February 2024. 228 species of fungi were found during the survey, 19 of which are included in the Red List of Fungi (macromycetes) of the Czech Republic and another 4 can be considered rare. Among the most significant findings are the Pseudomerulius montanus and the Polyozellus vepallidosporus. Both species belong to boreal elements and are very rare fungi in our territory. Three bryophilic species can be considered the most important of the group of Ascomycota. Ascocoryne turficola is one of the critically endangered species in the Czech Republic and two other fungi, Pezoloma marchantiae and Bryoscyphus atromarginatus, have apparently never been mentioned collectively from the Czech Republic. In terms of trophism, saprotrophic fungi are the most abundant, while in terms of taxonomy, species of the order Agaricales predominate.
