Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozhodováním a motivací podnikatele - podnikatelským managementem a behaviorálním přístupem. První část se zabývá teoretickými východisky zaměřenými na podnikatele, jeho vlastnosti, POSDCORB, rozhodování a motivaci. Analytická část je zaměřena na samotného podnikatele XY. Pozornost je věnována především jeho motivaci a rozhodování. V závěru práce je uvedeno porovnání získaných poznatků s teorií.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the decision-making and motivation of the entrepreneur - business management and behavioural approach. The first part deals with the theoretical basis focused on entrepreneurs, their characteristics, POSDCORB, decision making and motivation. The analytical part is focused on the entrepreneur XY himself. The main attention is paid to his motivation and decision-making. At the end of the work there is a comparison of acquired knowledge with theory.
