Abstract:

Cíl: Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak jsou ženy po porodu informovány v oblasti kojení a zda jsou tyto informace od dětských sester jednotné. Dílčím cílem bylo zpracovat návrh opatření pro praxi, vyplývající z výsledků výzkumu Metodika: Ke sběru dat byl vytvořen nestandardizovaný dotazník, který obsahuje 24 otázek. Jedná se o 2 otevřené, 2 polootevřené a 20 uzavřených otázek. Dotazník je doplněn o sociodemografické údaje respondentek participujících na výzkumném šetření. Dotazník obsahoval také instrukce k vyplnění. Před vyplněním dotazníku byl respondentkám vysvětlen účel výzkumu a byly ujištěny o anonymitě získaných dat. Výsledky: Šetřením byla zjištěna nedostatečná informovanost ve více oblastech. Nejmarkantnější byla neinformovanost ve dvou otázkách, a to nevhodnost použití dudlíku a růstový spurt. Nejednotnost informací respondentky pozorovaly nejvíce v oblasti frekvence kojení. Průměrně respondentky hodnotily přístup dětských sester na novorozeneckém oddělení ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení číslem 2, což lze označit jako dobré hodnocení s prostorem pro zlepšení. Závěr: Informovanost žen o kojení by měla začít již v těhotenství, ať už sebevzděláváním nebo edukací v gynekologické ambulanci a pokračovat péčí celého multidisciplinárního týmu. Abstract:

The goal: The main goal of the research was to find out, how well are women informed in the breastfeeding area after birth and if the nurses are giving them unified information. As a secondary aim was to design measures for a daily business of nurses, based on results of the research. Methodology: For a data collection was made an unstandardized questionnaire with 24 questions. There was 2 open-ended 2 semi-ended 20 close-ended questions. The questionnaire contains also sociodemographic data of respondents and instruction for the filling out. It was explained to every respondent the goal of the research before filling out and also, they were assured about anonymity of collection. Results: By the investigation was discovered insufficient awareness in more areas. The most striking lack of information was recorded by two questions. First about impropriety of using pacifier and the second about growth spurt. The biggest disunity of information was observed in the frequency of breastfeeding. The second grade. That was average valuation of nurse's approach to mothers in the medical facility. That can be marked as good result with a space for improvement. Result: Awareness woman about breastfeeding should start in the pregnancy period. It can be self-education or by gynaecologist and continue by all multidisciplinary team.
