Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná tématu péče porodní asistentky o rodičku prožívající ztrátu dítěte, vycházející z pohledu terapeutů a psychologů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a průzkumné. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a témata, týkající se ztráty dítěte, prožívání ztráty matkou a otcem, a daná role porodní asistentky. Data pro průzkumnou část byla získána s využitím rozhovorů s terapeuty a psychology. Analýza dosažených dat byla provedena kvalitativním způsobem. V závěru práce jsou předložena doporučení pro praxi porodních asistentek, vyplývající z průzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of midwife care for a mother experiencing child loss, based on the perspective of therapists and psychologists. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts and topics related to the loss of the child, the experience of loos by the mother and the father, and the role of midwife. Data for the exploratory part were obtained using interviews with therapists and psychologists. The analysis of the achieved data was performed in qualitative research. At the end of the work, recommendations for the practice of midwives, resulting from the research survey, are presented.
