Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem nástroje Development centra a rozvojem zaměstnanců. Výchozí metodologií pro teoretickou část práce je rešerše odborné literatury. Aplikační část práce se věnuje systému Development centra v konkrétní organizaci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the concept and various tools of the Development Centre and employees’ development in general. The default methodology of the theoretical part consists in a professional literature research. The application part of the thesis is devoted to the Development Centre system analyses in a particular organization.
