Financial analysis of a cooperative

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Finanční analýza družstva“ je užití nástrojů finanční analýzy na určité družstvo. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, popisuje družstvo, jako právní formu podnikání a dále pak finanční analýzu a její metody. V druhé, praktické části, jsou pak zmíněné metody finanční analýzy použity prakticky na Stavební bytové družstvo Přerov a pomocí nich je pak zjištěna jeho aktuální finanční situace. Na základě výsledků jsou pak navržena určitá opatření.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted bachelor thesis called “The financial analysis of a cooperative” is the application of the financial analysis tools on a particular cooperative. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, describing the cooperative as a legal form of business and further introducing the financial analysis and its methods. In the second part, which is practical, the methods of financial analysis are applied to Stavební bytové družstvo Přerov. Through these methods its financial situation is presented and on the basis of the results the particular arrangements are proposed.
