Cílem této práce je charakterizovat nucený oběh mincí v zemích s oficiální měnou euro a zaměřit se na charakterizování nuceného oběhu pamětních mincí v těchto zemích. Práce se zabývá problematikou emi-se mincí v Evropské unii a srovnání s úpravou v České republice. The aim of this thesis is to characterize forced circulation of coins in countries with official currency euro and focus to characterize forced circulation of commemorative coins of these countries.
