Comparison of students' use with student program Salesman and student program Trader in the labor market

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou oborů zaměřené na obchod a to: učební obor Prodavač a maturitní obor Obchodník, a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Dále práce přibližuje nezaměstnanost v Mladoboleslavském regionu. Výzkum byl uskutečněn s pomocí Integrované střední škole v Mladé Boleslavi, kde se oba obory vyučují. Byli osloveni absolventi, kteří ukončili studium ve školním roce 2016/2017. Absolventů oboru prodavač se zúčastnilo 19 a absolventů oboru Obchodník se zúčastnilo 14. U obou oborů se jedná o konečný počet absolventů v daném roce. Dotazníky byly vyplňovány elektronicky a jeho návratnost byla 100%. Průzkumné šetření obsahovalo 13 otázek, z toho 12 uzavřených a 1 otázka byla otevřená. Všechny otázky směřovaly na trh práce, na uplatnění získaných kompetencí, na důvody neúspěchu při hledání práce i na názor na výuku, jejich názor, jak je škola připravila k uplatnění na trhu práce. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že absolventi oboru Prodavač se snadněji uplatní ve svém oboru či v dělnických profesích v jiných oborech. Absolventi oboru Obchodník mají vyšší ambice na zaměstnání, odchází z oboru a z tohoto důvodu nepovažují školní praxi za přínosnou. Dotazovaní absolventi i přesto hodnotí, z větší části, kladně získané kompetence na Střední Integrované škole a jejich připravenost na vstup do života

Abstract:

Annotation Bachelor thesis concerns comparison between two fields of study focused on the trade: apprenticeship field Salesman and graduation field Merchant, and their application at labor market. Furthermore the thesis concerns the unemployment in the region of Mladá Boleslav. The research was realizen in cooperation of Integrated high school in Mladá Boleslav, where both fields of study are taught. Graduates, who finished the studies in year 2016/2017 were asked. The number of graduates from the field Salesman who took part in this research was 19 and from the field Merchant took part 14 graduates. In the field of Salesman it is the total number of graduates of that particular year. The questionnaires were filled in electronically and 100% of graduates responded. The questionnaire consisted of 13 questions and 12 questions were closed and 1 was open. All questions were focused on the labor market, application of obtained skills, reasons of failure in searching for a job and opinion on how the school prepared the students for possible success in the labor market. The results showed that graduates from the field Salesman found the job in their field or in other working-class professions more easily. Graduates from the field Merchant were more ambitious and had higher expectation for their job, leaving the Merchant field and therefore did not consider the school experiences valuable. Nevertheless the respondents evaluated the skills and experiences they obtained in the Integrated high school more positively as well as how the school prepared them for future life.
