Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizaci materiálového toku ve společnosti BALTRO s.r.o. na základě analýzy současného stavu. Analýza vychází z poskytnutých podkladů, pozorování a měření výroby, aplikace nástrojů teorie omezení a simulace. Mezi hlavní použité metody patří strom současné reality, diagram konfliktu, strom budoucí reality, šachovnicová tabulka, trojúhelníková metoda, tvorba Sankeyova diagramu a špagetového diagramu. Dále bylo využito modelu článku hodnototvorného řetězce, paletizace skladu a ideálního dávkového cyklu zásobování. Teoretická východiska a použité metody jsou uvedeny na úvod této práce. Ta následně přechází do analytické části, kde jsou použity výše uvedené metody, ze kterých následně vychází část věnující se návrhu opatření. Návrh opatření vychází jak z teoretických východisek, tak i z analytické části a hledá nejlepší řešení pro nápravu identifikovaných klíčových problémů. V závěru se nachází vyhodnocení úspory mezi současným a navrhovaným stavem v podobě zkrácení celkového výrobního času, který je součástí cíle této práce.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the rationalization of material flow in the company BALTRO s.r.o. based on an analysis of the current state. The analysis is based on provided materials, production observation and measurement, application of tools based on theory of constraint and simulation. The main methods used include the current reality tree, the conflict resolution diagram, the future reality tree, from to chart, triangular method of arrangement, Sankey diagram and spaghetti diagram. Next are used models of string of the value chain model, warehouse palletization and the ideal supply cycle. The theoretical resources and the used methods are presented at the beginning of this thesis. Subsequently, it goes to the analytical parts where the above methods are used. From the analytical part is created precaution suggestion. The design of the precaution is based on both theoretical and analytical parts and seeks the best solution for correcting identified key issues. In conclusion, there is an evaluation of the savings between the current and the proposed construction in the form of shortening the total production time, which is part of the aim of this work.
