Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností a sociálně-ekonomickou situací nezaměstnaných v regionech Benešov a Litoměřice. Cílem práce je komparace regionu s nízkou nezaměstnaností a regionu s vyšší nezaměstnaností. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce soustředí na trh práce, lidský kapitál, nezaměstnanost, měření nezaměstnanosti, politiku zaměstnanosti, sociálně-ekonomické dopady nezaměstnaných, rizikové skupiny. V praktické části je analyzována úroveň nezaměstnanosti v obou regionech a analýza sociálně-ekonomické situace nezaměstnaných v obou regionech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the unemployment and socio-economic situation of the unemployed in the regions of Benešov and Litoměřice. The aim of the thesis is to compare the region of lower unemployment with the region of higher unemployment. The thesis is divided into the both theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the labour market, human capital, unemployment, unemployment measurement, employment policy, socio-economic impacts of unemployments, risk groups. The practical part analyzes the level of unemployment in both regions and analyzes the socio-economic situation of the unemployed in both regions.
