Activities focusing on strengthening confidence and cooperation of children in children's home

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Aktivity zaměřené na posilování důvěry a na spolupráci dětí z dětského domova“ se zabývá situacemi a správně zvolenými aktivitami na zlepšení spolupráce a posílení důvěry u dětí i dětského domova. Teoretická část je zaměřená na dítě v dětském domově a prostředí ve kterém vyrůstá. Popisuje osobnost vychovatele jako edukačního činitele. Vychovatel děti vychovává a zároveň se je snaží podpořit ve spolupráci mezi sebou a vytvářet v dítěti důvěru v ostatní. V závěru práce se uvádí, jaké faktory ovlivňují efektivní spolupráci a co všechno ovlivňuje míru důvěry. Empirická část popisuje sběr a analýzu dat. Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno terénním výzkumem, který spadá pod kvalitativní výzkum. Tato část byla rozdělena do dvou kategorií a to důvěry a spolupráce. V závěru výzkumu poukazuje na vhodné aktivity, které podporují spolupráci a na situace ve kterých je posilována důvěra.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis „Activities focusing on strengthening confidence and cooperation of children in children's home“ deals with a problematic of situations and suitable selected activities which are improving cooperation and strengthening confidence of children in children’s home. The theoretical part focuses on child in children’s home and environment where he grows up. In this part, we describe a character of an educator as educational authority. The educator educate children, tries to support them in their cooperation and learn child to trust other people. In the end of this part, we speak about factors which influence effective cooperation and the extent of confidence. The empirical part describes a collection of information and analysis of gained data. The research was implemented by a field research which is kind of qualitative investigation. It is divided in two categories – the confidence and the cooperation. A conclusion shows the suitable activities which support cooperation and situations strengthening confidence.
