Cílem této práce je popsat implementaci jednoho z ITIL procesů na příkladu konkrétního podniku a současně se zaměřit na problémy a výzvy, které se mohou vyskytnout při implementaci procesu a výběru vhodného nástroje pro jeho podporu.
