Diplomová práce se zabývá náhradou újmy způsobené na přirozených právech člověka, se zaměřením na náhradu újmy způsobené na zdraví dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Práce se okrajově zabývá předpoklady vzniku povinnosti k náhradě újmy a historickým vývojem institutu náhrady újmy způsobené na zdraví.
