Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na step aerobik. Hlavní cílem práce je vytvoření komplexního multimediálního DVD určeného pro začátečníky a mírně pokročilé cvičence. Video obsahuje nejčastěji používané kroky a jejich kombinace ze skupiny low impact. Nejdůležitější částí videa je ukázka správného provedení v souladu s odpovídajícím popisem kroků. This bachelor thesis is focused on step aerobics. The main goal of paper is to create a complex multimedia DVD designed for beginners and moderately skilled exercisers. The video contains the most commonly used steps and their combination from the low impact group of steps.
