Three Historic Topics from the Point of View of the Game Theory

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou teorie her a jejími aplikacemi při řešení některých historických témat. Mou snahou bylo ukázat zajímavost a možnosti teorie her ve více oblastech. V první části jsou definovány některé základní pojmy teorie her, a také její základní členění. Druhá část se zabývá teorií užitku, která je nezbytná pro zavedení výplatní funkce. Ve třetí části popíšu první výskyt smíšených strategií, a to v karetní hře Le Her. V poslední části pak řeším problém přejatý z talmudu a řešený pomocí teorie her.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with game theory and its application in solving some historical themes. My aim was to show the interest and the possibility of game theory in several areas. The first section defines some of the basic concepts of game theory and its basic structure. The second part deals with the theory of utility, which is necessary for the implementation of the payoff function. In the third part, I will describe the first occurrence of mixed strategies, in a card game Le Her. In the last part solves the problem from the talmud and solved using the game theory.
