Abstract:

Disertační práce „Granulární princip a jeho uplatnění v umělecké kompoziční praxi – především se zaměřením na zvukový design z perspektivy témbru“ vymezuje, charakterizuje a shrnuje problematiku granulárního principu a jeho uplatnění v umělecké kompoziční praxi. Práce mapuje vývoj principu a vybrané kompoziční strategie, které jej zahrnují, zaměřuje se na konkrétní problematiku užívání tohoto principu a jeho technologické zpracování, a na základě těchto poznatků kontextualizuje vlastní uchopení aplikace širšího pojetí granulárního principu v podobě konceptu de/re(kon)strukce.

Abstract:

Thesis “Granular principle and its application in artistic composition practice – especially with a focus on sound design from the perspective of timbre” defines, characterizes and summarizes the topic of granular principle and its application in artistic composition practice. The work maps the development of the principle and selected compositional strategies that include this principle, focuses on specific issues using this principle and its technological processing, based on this knowledge then contextualizes the application of a broader conception of the granular principle in the form of the concept of de/re(con)structure.
