Práce je věnována problematice pojištění odpovědnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecný popis jednotlivých druhů pojištění odpovědnosti, dále se zabývá formami zajištění v pojištění odpovědnosti a produkty nabízenými v komerčních pojišťovnách. The theoretical part is focused on general description of liability insurance types, reinsurance forms in liability insurance and offered products in commercial insurance companies.
