Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí outsourcingu finanční účtárny, je členěna do pěti kapitol, ve kterých je zkoumán pohled na outsourcing finanční účtárny malé společnosti, jakožto nástroj zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Pomocí metody komparace získaných nákladů srovnává dvě různé varianty nákladové efektivity na straně zadavatele. Analýza hodnotí stávající stav finanční účtárny a stav budoucí v případě přistoupení k outsourcingu finanční účtárny. Dále vyvrací tvrzení, že činnosti prováděné vlastními zaměstnanci bývají nákladově výhodnější než náklady vynaložené na nákup externích služeb. Potvrzuje, že vlastní zaměstnanec v porovnání s outsourcingem daného procesu, je v dnešní době pro podnik jedna z největších nákladových zátěží. Výsledná analýza ukazuje na dlouhodobou výhodnost v případě přistoupení k outsourcingu finanční účtárny. V úvodní, teoretické části, jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s problematikou outsourcingu nutné k definování této problematiky, čerpající z odborných publikací, odborných článku a internetových zdrojů zabývajících se outsourcingem. V další části je stručně popsán historický vývoj outsourcingu až do dnešní doby. Následně jsou rozebrány aspekty v oblasti outsourcingu finančních služeb a s tím spojená legislativa. Následuje souhrn výhod, nevýhod a rizika spojená se smluvím outsourcingem. Nastavení komunikace mezi smluvními stranami v případě outsourcingu je velmi významnou oblastí, proto je komunikaci věnována samostatná kapitola. Následuje samotná kalkulace stávajících nákladů, predikce budoucího stavu, porovnání výsledků. V úplném závěru této práce je doporučení a návrh řešení na základě předchozí komparace výsledků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the area of financial accounting outsourcing and is divided into five chapters, which examine the outsourcing of a small company's financial accounting as a tool for increasing the competitiveness of the company. Using the cost comparison method, it compares the cost-effectiveness of two different options for potential customers. The analysis evaluates the current and future state of the financial accounting system, and how the prevalence of financial accounting outsourcing affects this system. It further refutes the claim that in-house services¬/activities are more cost-effective than the costs of outsourcing. It confirms that one's own employees, compared to outsourcing the process, are one of the biggest cost burdens for enterprises today. The resulting analysis shows a long-term advantage when it comes to utilizing financial accounting outsourcing. In the introductory, theoretical part, the basic concepts related to the problems of outsourcing are explained, which are based on expert publications, expert articles, and internet resources dealing with outsourcing. The next part briefly debates the historical development of outsourcing to the present day. Subsequently, the aspects of financial services outsourcing and related legislation are analyzed. The next part is a summary of the benefits, disadvantages, and risks associated with outsourcing. Setting communication between contracting parties in the case of outsourcing is a very important area, and therefore is devoted to a separate chapter. Later the thesis covers the actual cost calculation, the prediction of the business´ status, and the comparison of the results. The conclusion of this thesis is the recommendation and proposal of the solution based on the previous comparison of the results.
