Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na první nařízené setkání s mediátorem z pohledu občanského soudního řádu. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy, fáze mediace a její principy. Práce posuzuje efektivitu nařízeného prvního setkání s mediátorem. Využívá k tomu statistické podklady Ministerstva spravedlnosti České republiky, které obsahují údaje o prvním nařízeném setkání. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the first ordered meeting with mediator according to the Code of Civil Procedure. In the theoretical part there are defined basic terms, mediation phases and principles of mediation. This writing deals with effectiveness of the first ordered meeting with the mediator.
