Abstract:
The main objective of the study consists of genotypisation and assessment of possible genetic association of prominent candidate gene polymorphisms underlying susceptibility to Alzheimer's disease. Two loci representing possible genetic risk factors were considered, APOE-E4 and ACE I/D polymorphism, respectively.
