Abstract:

Název práce: Sociální reprezentace intervence ve vztahu ke smrti a umírání seniorů v domovech pro seniory u zaměstnanců v domovech pro seniory z řad sociálních pracovníků, zdravotnického personálu a vedoucích pracovníků. Instituce: Masarykova univerzita Brno, Fakulta sociálních studií Počet slov: 32 989 Práce objasňuje, jakým způsobem se projevuje tabuizace smrti ve společnosti do práce s umírajícími seniory a náhledu na ně. V teoretické části je popsán koncept sociální reprezentace, dále je zde vysvětleno, jak nazírá na smrt společnost, jaké tendence v jednání s umírajícími upřednostňuje v souladu s tímto názorem. Jsou také popsána specifika sociální práce v domově pro seniory a návrh metod, které lze v rámci oboru sociální práce s umírajícími v domově pro seniory použít. V metodologické části je definován popis dat a průběh sběru dat. V poslední části jsou získaná data z rozhovorů rozčleněna dle výzkumných otázek a interpretována. V závěru práce, tedy v odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku vychází najevo, že tabuizace smrti se do intervence s umírajícími ukazuje jak po procesní stránce, tak i po emoční. Ovlivňuje tedy jak intervenci, tak i daného pracovníka. Klíčová slova: sociální reprezentace, domov pro seniory, intervence, sociální pracovník, smrt, umírání

Title of the thesis: Social Representation of Intervention in Death and Dying of Seniors in Seniors 'Homes for Employees in Seniors' Homes for Social Workers, Medical Staff and Leaders. Author: Bc. Institution: Masaryk University Brno, Faculty of Social Studies Basic word count: 32 989 The following thesis explains how the tabooing of death in society manifests itself in working with and view of the dying seniors. In the theoretical part is described the concept of social representation, there is also explained how the society perceives the death, what tendency in dealings with dying prefers according to this opinion. Further, there are described the specifics of social work in the home for the elderly as well as the design of methods that can be used in the field of social work with dying people in the home for the elderly. In the methodological part, a description of the data and the course of the data collection are defined. In the last part, interviewed interview data are broken down according to research questions and interpreted. In the conclusion of the thesis, is the answer to the research question, it emerges that the tabooing of death is reflected in the intervention with the dying, both in terms of process and emotional.
