Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování strategického podnikatelského plánu společnosti Zemědělská společnost Skalsko, s. r. o. a identifikace a vyhodnocení rizik, která jsou s ním spojená. Strategický plán je proveden pro nadcházející období od roku 2018 do roku 2020. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce se zabývá popisem základních pojmů a nástrojů strategické analýzy a analýzy rizika, které jsou následně využity v aplikační části práce. U strategické analýzy se jedná především o Porterův model pěti sil, PESTLE analýzu, VRIO analýzu, vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzu. Analýza rizika zahrnuje zejména sestavení finančního modelu, analýzu citlivosti a samotnou simulaci metodou Monte Carlo. Na závěr je vytvořeno shrnutí ze simulace v grafické i číselné podobě a je navrženo doporučení pro budoucí práci s rizikem. Z výstupů analýzy citlivosti je očividné, že podnik se bude nejvíce potýkat s riziky spojených s počasím, změnou průměrných výkupních cen zemědělských plodin a zvyšováním nákladů na materiál a energie. Pozitivním zjištěním pro management podniku je vysoká pravděpodobnost toho, že nastane plánovaný cíl. U obou strategických cílů je totiž pravděpodobnost naplnění více než 50 %.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to create a strategic business plan for the company Zemědělská společnost Skalsko, s. r. o, and to identification and evaluation of the associated risks. The strategic plan is implemented for the following years 2018-2020. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis deals with description of basic concepts and tools used for strategic and risk analysis, which are subsequently used in the application part of the thesis. The strategic analysis is mainly based on the Porter’s model of five forces, PESTLE analysis, VRIO analysis, selected indicators of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Risk analysis includes financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation itself. In conclusion, a summary of the simulation is created in graphical and numerical form and future recommendations for risk management are proposed. From the sensitivity analysis outputs, it is obvious that the company will be most likely faced with weather-related risks, a change in the average purchase price of agricultural crops and an increase in the cost of materials and energy. Positive findings for business management is the high probability that the strategic target will be meet. For both strategic objectives, the probability of reaching the targets is more than 50%.
