Cieľom mojej práce je charakterizovať základné právne pojmy a znaky podnikania podľa Obchodného a Živnostenského zákonníka. Definovať podniky ich právnu formu, podnikateľa ako právnickú a fyzickú osobu. Charakterizovať hmotné a nehmotné zložky, ktoré sú neoddeliteľnou súčasťou podniku.
