Selected problems concering personal management in hotels and restaurants

Abstract:

The work is divided into two separate parts. The first part consists of two theoretical chapters. The first chapter, entitled Management and its role in human resources management reader to the basic concepts such as human resources management, compares the role of manager and recruiters in the field of personnel management, as well as a closer look at the issue of human resources management in the hotel and restaurant service. The second chapter, entitled Motivation in the management of hotels and restaurants reader to explain the concept of motivation, where the reader learns more about the process itself, the motivation, the resources and means. The second part is the analytical part, which forms part of the questionnaire administration and research results with the design part. The goal of this study was to further characterize specific area of motivation in the hotel and catering sector. Another aim of this thesis was to find a combination of tools for motivation applicable in hotel and restaurant services and uncover the factors that act contrary to staff demotivating.

Abstract:

Práca je rozdelená do dvoch samostatných častí. Prvú časť tvoria dve teoretická kapitoly. Prvá kapitola pod názvom Manažment a jeho úloha v oblasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov čitateľovi priblíži základné pojmy ako je riadenie ľudských zdrojov, porovná úlohu manažéra a personalistov v oblasti personálneho riadenia a tiež sa bližšie pozrie na problematiku personalistiky v hotelových a reštauračných prevádzkach. Druhá kapitola pod názvom Motivácia v oblasti riadenia v hoteloch a reštauráciách čitateľovi vysvetlí pojem motivácia, kde sa čitateľ dozvie viac informácií o samotnom procese motivácie, jej zdrojoch a prostriedkoch. Druhou časťou práce je analytická časť, ktorej súčasť tvorí administrácia dotazníka a výsledkov výskumu spolu s návrhovou časťou. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo bližšie charakterizovať špecifickú oblasť motivácie v oblasti hotelierstva a reštauračných služieb. Ďalším cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo nájsť kombináciu nástrojov motivácie aplikovateľných v oblasti hotelových a reštauračných služieb a odhaliť faktory, ktoré naopak pôsobia na zamestnancov demotivujúco
