Collagen hydrolysate as a functional protein in cosmetics.
Abstract:
Teoretická část práce se zabývá hydratací kůže a jejím stárnutím, dále využitím syntetických a přírodních polymerů v kosmetických produktech a měření vlastností pokožky. V praktické části byla připravena gelová formulace s přídavkem kolagenního hydrolyzátu. Byl testován vliv na hydrataci, transepidermální ztrátu vody, elasticitu a redukci vrásek pomocí neinvazivních metod in vivo u 10 dobrovolnic. …more
Abstract:
Theoretical part of this work is focused on skin hydration and its aging, then is focused on using synthetic polymers and biopolymers in cosmetic products and measuring of skin properties. In experimental part gel formulation with collagen hydrolysate was prepared. Hydration, transepidermal water loss, elasticity and reduction of wrinkles were tested by using non-invasive in vivo methods on 10 volunteers …more
