Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou dřevin rostoucích mimo les. Z počátku je věnována pozornost historickému přehledu ochrany. Poté je přistoupeno ke specifické úpravě obecné a zvláštní ochrany dle zákona na ochranu přírody a krajiny. Práce je zaměřena zejména na obecnou a zvláštní ochranu. The diploma thesis deals with the protection of wood plants growing outside of the forests. At the beginning, the attention is paid to historical overview of the protection.
