Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá styly řízení v zařízeních sociální péče. Téma management je zde novým pojmem. V práci je popsán pojem management, teorie řízení, styly řízení a jejich vliv na zaměstnance. Hlavní otázkou je, jaké styly řízení se využívají v zařízeních sociální péče.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the management styles in social care facilities. The theme management is a new word here.The thesis describes the general topic of management, control theory and the actual management styles and their impact on employees . The main question is what kind of management styles are used in social care facilities .
