Abstract:

Cílem mé absolventské práce je popsat význam klubu seniorů a zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají vedoucí s vedením klubu seniorů a co by doporučovali svým nástupcům. Ačkoliv tématem mé práce je zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají vedoucí klubu seniorů s vedením klubů, jsou to právě senioři, kteří jsou uživateli těchto klubů. Proto si na začátku teoretické části vymezím pojem stáří, zaměřím se také na demografii a periodizaci období stáří. V další kapitole popíšu, jaké změny a potřeby můžeme v seniorském věku pozorovat a uvedu koncept aktivního stáří, který by měl reagovat na stárnutí populace. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části bude věnovaná volnému času seniorů a na možnosti, jakým způsobem mohou senioři volný čas trávit. Součástí této kapitoly budou také kluby seniorů, které se stanou předmětem výzkumného šetření, respektive jejich vedoucí. Ve výzkumné části nejprve popíšu postup realizace výzkumného šetření a na základě analýzy dotazníků od respondentů provedu shrnutí a interpretaci výsledků výzkumného šetření inspirovaného kvalitativním výzkumem.

Abstract:

The aim of the graduate work is to describe the significance of the senior club and to find out what experience the club managers have with concluding of the club and what advice they would give to their successors. Although, the topis of my work is to find out what experience the club managers have with conducting of the club, it is the seniors who are the users of There clubs. Therefore, at the beginning of the theoretical part, the term old age is defined, it also focuses on the demography and periodization of the old age. The next chapter describes the changes and needs which can be observed in the senior age and the concept of chapter of The theoretical part examines the seniors free time and the ways they can spend their free time. The part of this chapter also presents the senior clubs, or rather the managers, who become the subject of the research survey. The research part describes the process of implementing the research survey and on the basis of the analysis of the questionnairs from the respondents, the summary and interpretation of the results of the research inspired by qualitative research ale presented.
